New Website for the Harbors at Haverstraw

Clubhouse Building.JPGGinsburg Development Companies has just updated its website for the Harbors at Haverstraw luxury waterfront community, currently under construction in Haverstraw. Phase I of the project is about 75% complete. Already, hundreds have moved into their new homes in Haverstraw. Most of the large condominium buildings & clubhouse building are also complete. The Harbors at Haverstraw is only the first of three waterfront communities that are planned to grace the banks of the Hudson River in the Village of Haverstraw.

  2. The Harbors is now about 75% complete. The second of 3 condominium and apartment buildings is now under construction. There are about 4 townhome buildings yet to be constructed. Please visit Haverstraw and HaverstrawLife to find out more.

  3. The Restaurants in Haverstraw are wonderful! Bricktown Brewery & Gallito’s is an experience not to be missed. We eat at the restaurants quite often, each & every time it’s great!

  4. This area is blooming quickly. Want to get into the main Concierge building (even though it is sold out)? I have a beautiful unit for sale or lease. Don’t miss this opportunity to get into the main building with all the amenities!

  6. 2nd Phase: The ferry moves to a new pier and terminal at the end of Main Street in Emeline Park. More condos and a restaurant are built where the current ferry parking lot is. The promenade is then extended to the Elks Club.

3rd Phase: The old Empire Chair Factory site is developed and restaurants are added to the end of Main Street. The promenade is then extended past the ferry pier and around the point to connect into the hudson river greenway at Allison Avenue, I think.

  7. Wonder how the current economic crisis is affecting the growth in the area and related real estate sales…
