Haverstraw River Arts Festival

The second annual Haverstraw RiverArts Festival is located at 16 Front Street, Haverstraw, N.Y. in stunning Emeline Waterfront Park at the widest point of the Hudson River. Festivities begin at noon on Saturday, July 11, 2015.
